Site Fees and Minimums:

Our events are booked for a 4 hour block of time. Events may begin as early as 11:00am but must end by 10:00pm. You choose the 4 hour block.

Food and beverage service is required with function hall rental. Required for any event.

Prices do not include 8.5% NH Rooms & Meal Tax or 20% service fee.

***Banquet food may NOT be removed from the premises*****


Event Facilities Fees

$500 Room Rental Fee (plus tax)

Facilities Fee Includes: Chivari chairs with black cushions

60" round tables

Set-up and breakdown of tables and chairs

Choice color of table linen included in fee

Choice color of cloth napkins included in fee

Dinnerware and flatware

Cake knife and server


Additional fees include:

Bartender service fee $100 for 4 hours or $25 an hour

Patio Rental for 1 hour only - $165 during off-season, $275 on-season. Times limited to 11 am

Cake Cutting fee $25

Service fee on all food and beverage 20%

Additional Chivari chair rental $7.75 per chair

Additional table linens $15.00 per table

Screen and projector fee $80
