Marinated in red wine & fresh herbs then char-grilled & sliced thin, this 10 oz. cut of steak has the texture of a filet mignon & the taste of a sirloin. It is served over a small bed of mixed greens, caramelized onions, and goat cheese with a balsamic glaze drizzle.

Adams Ribs Dinner ~ 17.95 GFO
St. Louis style pork ribs rubbed down with seasonings & spices, these ribs are slow cooked & coated with your choice of regular or Jameson’s BBQ sauce that will leave your mouth watering.
